So I went to get my hair layered. And I told her don't cut it shorter I just got it trimmed last month. And idiot thinks shes layering it, but cuts off like two inches all the way around. So my hair is curly, and it like shrinks when its dry. And i have a round face and my hair makes my face look HUGE! So if you know on how to make it grow faster, any advice WILL help.
