I have found in the past that during extreme tragedy and loss, I have an immediate urge to cut my hair off. However, during extended times of joy and contentment, the idea of cutting my hair almost seems wrong. Do any of you have specific spiritual feelings connected with hair length, and if so, do you think it is more instinctual or is it more of a conscious choice?
Can choosing to grow your hair long or to cut it very short have spiritual significance?
not really. I have short short hair, it used to be red but now it is back to its usual chocolate brown, and I find that changes I make to my hair has more to do with whim than anything else. Plus what looks good. Long hair doesn't make it for me anymore.

mm, well I've heard that people tend to cut their hair after they've broken up with their gf/bf. I suppose it could mean they want to start anew whilst leaving your hair could mean you want to remember? Sorry, I'm just taking a guess here. xD
