Ever since I cut my hair short I cant straighten it right?
This is common for women who go from long hair to short hair. You need a good hair iron. I love my chi, but any ceramic one will work. Then head to your local department store and stock up on frizz control. I love Dove Anti-Frizz cream.

try using a straightening cream and a defrizzer product while your hair is wet... Chi has a great line of products you might want to check out. My hair is naturally curly and was about half way down my back and i just got it cut above my shoulders, but with using those products my hair is straight as a board and really smooth.

Here are some steps to getting perfect, frizz-free straightened hair.
1.To tame the frizz, try using a frizz-ease serum after washing your hair (John Freida Frizz Ease leave-in fortifying spray.)
2.Use straightning products in your hair, and comb in with your fingers.
3.Blow dry your hair before straightning. This helps.
4.For the straightning, do it in sections. To do this, pin all of your hair up in a clip. Take a small section out of the updo, and straighten. Repeat until all of your hair is done.
5.To finish, smooth on a shine serum or hairspray.
6.This technique should work, I use it all the time.
Hope this helps!! :o)
